Your calculator numbers

Everything you enter into the calculator — what you pay yourself, your business costs, your profit target, your hours, your rates and every result — stays in your browser. It is not sent to us, not stored on our servers, and not shared with anyone. Closing the tab discards it.

Anonymous usage statistics

We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand how the site is used — for example, how many people start the calculator, how many finish it, and how many use the What-if comparison. These statistics record that an action happened, never the numbers involved.

• No cookies are set.
• No names, email addresses or other personal details are collected.
• No financial inputs or results are ever sent — no pay, costs, profit, rates or revenue figures.
• Visitors are not given a lasting identifier and are not tracked across other websites.
• There is no advertising tracking and no session recording.

Umami processes this anonymous data on servers in the United States and the European Union and states that it complies with GDPR and CCPA. Whether any consent requirement applies to your use of this site depends on your circumstances and the laws that apply to you.

Interest in Team and Accountant

The "I'm interested" buttons for the upcoming Team and Accountant versions simply count an anonymous click. They do not collect your email address, create an account, or indicate any commitment to purchase.
